Your event begins in this beautiful historic building, a perfect mix of classic features with modern amenities. This completely remodeled venue offers two floors of rental space, each distinct and unique. When paired together, both floors offer an amazing and flexible space that can accommodate large group events. We have completely remodeled the entire building and in the process, maintained the history and charm of this once prominent 1909 building. You will find us located in the heart of Circleville’s historic downtown district, a short walk to shops, restaurants, coffee houses and our private parking area. We are excited to offer this facility for our community to gather and celebrate with events that bring together our friends and family.

From weddings, galas, corporate events and concerts, we can seat up to 250 guests when formal seating is not required. When formal seating is needed, we can seat 120 guests. Come and check out our space, we look forward to meeting you!
